Flight canceled in Kuala Lumpur ✈️❌ Testing Pandan & Pain au Chocolat for Breakfast instead 😄

I tried two pastries: a pandan bun with chocolate and a pain au chocolat. The pandan bun looked interesting with its green color, but the first bite had no chocolate at all and the dough was extremely thick. The pain au chocolat was warmed in the microwave, but strangely the dough stayed warm while the chocolate inside was still very hot instead of melted. Neither pastry was impressive, but it was still a fun tasting experience while waiting for new travel plans. The pandan chocolate cost RM 2.9 ($0.40) and I’d give it a 3/10, while the pain au chocolat cost RM 7 ($1.70) and gets a 4/10. Flight delays and cancellations happen, so always make sure you’re covered before you travel.
