I went for Coto Makassar in Kuta, a traditional dish from South Sulawesi 🇮🇩 I ordered Konro Bakkar, grilled beef ribs with a rich, flavorful sauce. The meat? Sadly, a bit too tough and hard to eat. The soup? Not really my taste… unless you load it with sambal.
