First I taste the wings without any sauce, and even level one is already surprisingly spicy. For many people this level would be too hot, but for me it's just the start. Then I dip the wings into the cheese sauce, and the mix of creamy cheese with the spicy kick is incredible. The spice comes later and makes the whole bite even better. Eating with hands is still unusual for me and definitely messy, but the flavor is worth it.
